In the 15sec video, the singer, who was partying with her girls on a tour bus after attending the Coachella Music Festival, was sitting at a table with what looked like a slim white tube in her hands as her friends dance around her. The camera cuts to her friends, then turns to Rihanna, who is now seen holding her nose. Many said she was sniffing cocaine but Rihanna later took to instagram to claim she rolling a joint, with Cigarette rolling papers and was not sniffing anything. Many didn’t believe her.

Minister of Information, Patricia Akwashiki says President Jonathan will be officially handing over to Gen Buhari on May 28th and not the accustomed May 29th date. Speaking with newsmen after the Federal Executive Council meeting in Abuja today April 15th, the minister said May 29th will be for the inauguration of a new government but that the formal handover will be done at a dinner for Buhari which will be hosted by President Jonathan

He said this in a statement he released today April 13th to commemorate one year of the girls' abduction. The statement below...

Today is a time to reflect on the pain and suffering of the victims, their friends and families. Our thoughts and prayers, and that of the whole Nigerian Nation, are with you today. I want to assure all of them, and particularly the parents, that when my new Administration takes office at the end of May, we will do everything we can to defeat Boko Haram. We will act differently from the Government we replace: we hear the anguish of our citizens and intend to respond accordingly.
This new approach must also begin with honesty. We do not know if the Chibok girls can be rescued. Their whereabouts remain unknown. As much as I wish to, I cannot promise that we can find them. But I say to every parent, family member and friend of the children that my Government will do everything in its power to bring them home. What I can pledge, with absolute certainty, is that starting on the first day of my Administration Boko Haram will know the strength of our collective will and commitment to rid this nation of terror, and bring back peace and normalcy to all the affected areas. Boko Haram” means “Western Education is Sinful”. When they are defeated militarily, as they will be, we will ensure our citizens in the affected areas have improved educational opportunities as a direct counterbalance to Boko Haram’s twisted ideology.

In particular we will educate ever more young girls ensuring they are empowered as citizens of Nigeria. Let us use this anniversary to remind each other that the attack on Chibok was an attack on the dreams and aspirations of our young people. We Were Forced To Rig In Favour Of APC - INEC Official

An electoral officer of Oru East in Imo State, Mrs. Emmanuel Okpara has confessed that INEC staff were forced to write results in favour of the APC by some leaders in the area.

Okpara, who is the Public Relations Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), made the confession while presenting the results which showed the APC as having 11,189 and the PDP 1878 in her area, Daily Times reports.

The governorship election Imo State was on Sunday night declared inconclusive due to the cancellation of the results from some wards and polling units, totaling 144, 715 votes.
A breakdown of the votes showed that incumbent Governor Rochas Okorocha of the All Progressives Congress (APC) had 385,671 votes, while Prince Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) polled 305, 142 and Emmanuel Iheanacho of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) scored 28,238.

There were reports of election violence in Imo state. One of such involved an accident which claimed the lives of three people as police chased ballot box snatchers.
