UNIPORT Updates: Portal For 2016 Post-UTME Screening Registration

We earlier brought an information to you concerning the 2016 post-UTME screening of the University of port-Harcourt (UNIPORT) which was advertised in one of the national dailies.

We didn't bring the full details of the advert to you due to the recent development (the scrapping of post-UTME) and the fact that the 2016 post-UTME registration portal of the institution had not been enabled.

Well, it seems the institution is not moved by the FG's directive that post-UTME be scrapped as we have observed that the institution has started updating its online portal for 2016 post-UTME screening registration which is expected to commence June 15th, 2016.

Whatever happens, we will bring you the full details on the screening exercise before the registration commences. That is, if the institution remains keen on going ahead with 2016 post-UTME screening exercise.

10 Ways To Cultivate Saving Culture - Investment

Cultivating the habit of savings is a very
important one; this habit can help you in many
aspects of life. A good saver can save out funds for business, a good saver is debt free, a good saver has already made a right and bold step to financial freedom, a good saver can reach certain goals that can’t be ordinarily attained with the limited revenues he gets. Cultivating a savings culture is always ideal, but is never easy. Savings entails starving yourself off certain wants and pleasures, and that takes a lot of discipline. Many people want to save, many people wish they could save, but just few succeed.

There are certain ways you can cultivate a
savings culture.

1. ASSESS YOUR FINANCIAL HEALTH
The first major step to savings is assessing your financial health; this would help you know the direction you’re headed and how to get there. You need to have a clear picture of your income and expenses, you need to know what takes the bulk of your money, and also try to ascertain whether you’re spending more than you earn. When you have this figured out then you can move to the next step.

2. HAVE A BUDGET
Having a budget would help guide you on what you ought to spend your money on and what you shouldn’t. With a budget, you would know your needs and wants and have a clear picture of how to cut down on spending on your wants. Wanting to satisfy your wants would make you unable to save. A budget would help you plan better, save better and cut down unnecessary expenses.

3. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SPENDING
Your spending habits would determine if you would be a successful saver or not. Keep track of your daily lifestyle and what you spend your money on. After assessing where your money goes, look for ways you can minimise how much you spend.

4. HAVE A TARGET
The best way to save is having a target; saving without a target might not keep you motivated, but saving for a target keeps you motivated and focused. Have a realistic goal and save towards it.

5. BE DEBT FREE
Try as much as possible to live a life free of debts. Manage your finances judiciously and avoid having to collect loans; live according to your budget, this would help you in the long run.

6. SAVE FOR EMERGENCIES
Emergencies happen all the time; this is something we have no control over, and the best way to handle emergency is to save, so you won’t be left out of the dark. Set about 5% of your income monthly to save for emergencies, so you wouldn’t be left in the dark when the situation arises. Your emergency savings should be different from your normal savings.

7. PRETEND YOU’RE PAYING OFF A LOAN
The best way to frame your mind-set towards savings is to pretend you’re paying off a debt. Continue making the monthly payments into your savings account. Even after you reach your set goal, never stop this habit.

8. SET YOUR MIND TOWARDS SAVING
Having your mind geared towards saving would help you save better. Also, if you notice you still have money left at the end of the month, rather than spend it unwisely, the best bet is to save it. This would help you reach your goal faster.

9. SET A FIXED PERCENTAGE
The best way to save is by setting a fixed percentage to be saved monthly. This way, when your income increases, your savings would increase as well.

10. TRY TO AVOID GATHERINGS AND FRIENDS THAT WOULD GIVE YOUR SAVINGS A SETBACK
Friends are important, but when you have friends that won’t let you save, it’s best to minimise the way you see them. Gatherings and friends that prompt you to spend money won’t only kill your savings but might even push you to spend above your earnings.

RESIDUAL INCOME IN A BOX (RIIAB)

Capture

WHAT IS RIIAB?

RIIAB means Residual Income In A Box.
It’s a system with Member to Member Payment. That means that it is direct payment to personal accounts.
It’s a cooperative system with Member to Member Payment. That means that it is direct payment to personal accounts and not to any third party or admin or internet site.

RIIAB Feeder Matrix offers different matrices. However, the one I am introducing to you is 3×4 feeder matrix where you register with NGN1,500 only and  refer ONLY 3 people.
It has 3 people on a level and ends at level 4.

UPDATE: Registration fee now cost N1,500. (N500 for registration and purchase of AdPack. You make payment to RIIAB Group Account. While N1,000 goes to your Upliner). Contact admin for more clarification.

IMG-20160212-WA0009
RIIAB is completely a unique business in the sense that there is no central account, no company will collect your money. It’s basically a member-to-member transaction.

HOW IT WORKS

FIRST LEVEL:
All you need to be part of it is just N1,000 only. You pay it to the bank account of the person that refers you to the business. That person is the one that will approve your registration after receiving alert of your payment to his/her bank account. After payment, you will refer 3 people to join under you, your total earning is N3,000.

LEVEL ONE APPROVAL:
1. Login to your account. Click “Purchase AdPacks”
2. Scroll down and click on “click here”
3. Where is says “Google Wallet–Email” enter your gmail and password and click “update.”
4. Click on “Purchase AdPacks” again and purchase 3×4, $3.0
Once that’s done, your upline will approve you to level one. Then you can start registering 3 people under you.
UPGRADE TO SECOND LEVEL:
You will use the N3,000 you earn at LEVEL 1 to upgrade to LEVEL 2. This time the upgrading money goes to the upline of your upline (The person who referred your upline ). You will then take that 3k send it to your SECOND upline. Once that’s done you can then purchase AdPack 3X4,  $9. Afterwards your SECOND upline will approve you for level 2 (this is why it’s important to know all your uplines).

Your SECOND  Upline upgrades you to level 2.
EARNING AT LEVEL 2: Your Second Downlines (9 people) will pay you N3,000 each, to upgrade them to level 2. Total = N27,000.

HERE IS WHERE THE BUSINESS SKY ROCKETS!

UPGRADE TO THE THIRD LEVEL
After earning N27,000 from your Second Downlines, pay #8,910 to your THIRD Upline. Once that’s done you can then purchase AdPack 3X4,  $27. Afterwards your THIRD Upline will approve your upgrade to level 3.

Your THIRD Upline upgrades you to level 3.
EARNING AT LEVEL 3: Your Third Downlines (27 people) will pay you N8,910 each, to upgrade them to level 3. Total = N240,570

UPGRADE TO THE FOURTH LEVEL (Last level)
After earning N240,570 from your Third Downlines, pay N26,730 to your FOURTH Upline. Once that’s done you can then purchase AdPack 3X4,  $81. Afterwards your FOURTH Upline will approve your upgrade to level 4.

Your FOURTH Upline upgrades you to level 4.
EARNING AT LEVEL 4: Your Fourth Downlines (81 people) will pay you N26,730 each, to upgrade them to level 4. Total = N2,165,130
The program ends at level 4.

Everyone takes turns until everyone in a team has earned, then you restart.
If you really engage your heart to work on this, you can generate a total of N2.1million within few weeks/months.

The explanation above be summarized by the image below:

NOTE: DL means downlines while UL means upline.
