Daniel Warrington, 13, (pictured above) was stopped and challenged by officers, who took down his details, as he helped his next door neighbour with their gardening in Heanor, Derbyshire. Lynne Sisson confirmed the 'polite' teenager's story when officers knocked on her door (pictured below, Ms Sisson and Daniel). Police have launched an investigation into the incident after receiving a complaint from Daniel's mother. She claimed the schoolboy was 'treated like a criminal' for trying to earn some extra pocket money.
